Our work has been consistently selected for juried craft/art shows in Texas, although we rarely enter anymore, preferring other venues and methods.  The rocking chair has won best of show or placed in every competition held at these shows.

The Weeks Rocking Chair won the 1998 CollinsWood Award for the best furniture piece priced above $300 built of Forest Stewardship Council certified Collinswood.  The Collins Company, dedicated to forest stewardship, produces hardwoods in the eastern US and softwoods in the west.  The Collins Company site has an article that reflects well on Gary Weeks & Company.
