Ordering Rocking Chairs, Dining Chairs, and other Furniture
You may order by phone, email, mail, or by coming to the showroom.
We post shipping dates for our catalogued furniture on this site and keep these dates current. With very rare exception, we ship on time.
If the furniture will ship in less than four weeks, we ask for full payment. If not, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the price of the furniture. Sales delivered in Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
You may pay the deposit and final balance by MasterCard, Visa, or check. If you pay by MasterCard or Visa, we need the billing address of the card and the three-digit code from the back. We do not have secure online payment by credit card — most people call. We send an invoice.
Seven to ten days before the shipping date, we will contact you to verify that the estimated time of arrival is convenient and to ask for any balance due on the invoice. We send a tracking number and other details of shipping.
In addition to payment we need the name, address, email address, and daytime phone number of the recipient of the furniture. The carrier will call to make an appointment. Someone must be at this address to sign for the shipment. We verify delivery, and your satisfaction.
We can also tailor our process for you. We will ship for the time of arrival you wish. If the furniture is a gift, we can help you keep a surprise. If you want to pay smaller amounts over time, or have other preferences or directions, let us know.
