We are able to live by this craft only so long as we make people happy.  We are honored, gratified, and invigorated by the expressions of surprise, pleasure, satisfaction, and joy that we receive by call, email, and letter.  Furthermore, these words, clearly heartfelt, underpin our effort and improve our livelihood — these words help people decide to do business with us.

So we post messages from various media to this section of the website by date as they come in. Leslie said, "Nobody is going to read all of that."  And I don't presume so, but scrolling through some of it might be of benefit to you if you are taking the measure of our furniture . . . and what better archive?  I scroll through it myself sometimes.

Scattered about you will find messages from some of those few who have chosen to return a rocking chair because it wasn’t right for them (5 in the first 2000 shipped).  Those hurt like having your best hit caught on the run at the fence.  But no team wins every game, and "Honesty is the best policy," Mom said.

As they come in, we post the reports in order by date.  We post them with initials and the city of origin, because it makes them human while remaining anonymous.  We will not reveal any further information to anyone, ever.  We do not post photographs without specific permission.
